Studied medicine at Somerville College Oxford and The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel. She was a GP partner in a local Camden practice for 25 years and more recently chaired the Camden Clinical Commissioning Group. Her daughter attended Sarum Hall. The Chair of Governors can be contacted via the Bursar who is also Clerk to the Governors.
Graduated from the University of Warwick in 1981 and then trained and qualified as a chartered accountant at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He has spent 25 years working in banking and/or finance roles.
Human Resources professional with over 35 years’ experience. History degree from UCL and MBA from London Business School. Magistrate in adult and youth courts. Previously on governing body of two girls’ senior schools. Her two daughters, mother-in-law and two sisters-in-law attended Sarum Hall.
David graduated in 1985 from the University of Bristol with a history degree and then retrained as a lawyer. He spent his whole career as a corporate lawyer at the international law firm, CMS, becoming a partner in 1997 and retiring October 2022.
Graduated from Portsmouth University with a degree in Geography and Economics and then a PGCE in Geography and Games from Southampton University. She has spent over 20 years teaching in both state and independent secondary schools. Currently Assistant Head (Operations) at Francis Holland School, Regent’s Park. She is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
Ian has more than 35 years’ experience in the City of London, working as a Board and “C-suite” adviser and search consultant. He holds an Economics and Politics degree from The University of York and an MBA from INSEAD. He is on the board of the Whitley Fund for Nature and previously on the board of The Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust in Jersey. His daughter attended Sarum Hall School.
Emma is a linguist who was educated at the Universities of Liverpool and Birmingham. She was Headmistress of the Royal School Bath from 1994-97 and took up her appointment as Headmistress of Downe House in 1997. She has a great deal of experience as a Governor of a variety of independent Senior and Prep Schools and was a member of the Independent Schools’ Examination Board. She is a Trustee of the Prep School Baccalaureate, a Member of GSA, HMC and BSA and a Fellow of the RSA. She is married and has two sons. When time allows, she enjoys travel, the theatre and cinema, and spending time with her family.
Consultant Medical Oncologist at Mount Vernon Cancer centre since 1984 and Honorary Professor at ICR and UCL. His wife and daughter attended Sarum Hall.
